Shipping and Return Policies

Thank you for shopping at americanswedish.org/buy. Our current shipping provider is UPS, and as part of the checkout process, you may choose your own method of delivery. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for order processing. All orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. Sorry, American Swedish Historical Museum is unable to ship internationally. American Swedish Historical Museum is unable to ship to PO Boxes, for your protection all orders must be shipped to a verifiable street address. To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card company, simply call the 800 number listed on the back of your card and ask the representative to add the address to the notes on your account.

All items shipped will be given a tracking number through UPS. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number for your order. You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account. **Return Policy**

"We are happy when you are happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your American Swedish Historical Museum purchase, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase. If returned with the original receipt, you will receive an exchange, refund, or credit for the original purchase price. If returned without a receipt, you will receive an exchange for the current selling price."

Once your credit is applied to your credit card and/or your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
